Root Down, Rise Up

We look forward to bringing our yoga mats outdoors for the return of Root Down, Rise Up a summer yoga series in partnership with our wonderful friends at South Hills Power Yoga. These 60 minute all-levels sessions will be offered each month, June through September. Spaces are limited, classes are $15 per person, and 100% of the ticket price will be donated to a different local nonprofit each month.

A complete list of dates and nonprofit partners is coming soon. Namaste!

Please note: All workshops and classes are limited to 25 attendees, held in an open air outdoor space with little to no shade, and will require standing and walking on uneven terrain.
